Rest in peace Overend Watts, bassist of Mott The Hoople who passed away today 1.22.17 of throat cancer. He is seen on the left with exposed hoople in my above photo. This was taken at the Hollywood Palladium, 1973, and was one of the best live shows I have witnessed (see LINK.)
